National programs

Modern slavery support

Modern slavery support

Is your client experiencing modern slavery including human trafficking, debt bondage, forced labour, forced marriage or servitude?

The Salvation Army provides a range of support to people affected by exploitation known as modern slavery.

Safer in the Home

Safer in the Home

If your client has been assessed as being at risk or elevated risk (that is, low to medium risk) of experiencing family and domestic violence, the Safer in the Home program may be able to enhance your client’s safety.

Our national Safer in the Home program funds basic security upgrades and remote technology assessments of personal devices to support victim survivors.

Model of care

Our national model of care has been developed to drive consistent best practice responses to family and domestic violence across The Salvation Army.
