The Anchorage is a 44-bedroom long-term rooming house in Abbotsford, for single men. The Anchorage property has been owned by The Salvation Army for over 125 years and continues to support the local community in providing crisis and social housing.


These properties, originally for single fathers plus children who are escaping family violence, are now utilised for general social housing tenants. It is made up of three x 3-bedroom townhouses.


A 4 townhouse development in a collaborative project with TSA Youth Services, compromising of two x 2-bedroom and two x 3-bedroom townhouses. It will be multi-tenanted properties with a central hub.


This property, made up of one x 2-bedroom and one x 3-bedroom townhouse, will house young people from TSA Youth services. They will be multi-tenanted across the two houses. It was fully funded through an amazingly generous philanthropic donation.


This property is made up of 10 x 1-bedroom and 6 x 2-bedroom apartments constructed for long-term community housing, relocating some of our long-term tenants from a building that has closed.




This project, made up of three x 1-bedroom and three x 2-bedroom townhouses, is in Regional Victoria, for mature aged tenants 55 years and over. This site has recently been awarding a new funding grant which will see an additional three units be added to the site, thanks to Homes Victoria.






A large complex style project, made up of 25 x 1- and 2-bedroom townhouses, that houses single mothers and children escaping family violence.


Behind a new Corps building, Salvation Army Housing are constructing a new 14 x 2-bedroom and 7 x 3-bedroom townhouses complex for social housing.
