Project One

New crisis accommodation and support facilities for people escaping family violence. The project sees three x 3-bedroom units and three x 2-bedroom units under the NSW Core and Cluster Program in conjunction with The Salvation Army Family Violence Stream.

  • Outcome: Three x 3-bedroom and three x 2-bedroom units
  • Cost: $5.1 million
  • Due date of completion: December 2026
  • Government involvement: Department of Communities and Justice under the NSW Core and Cluster Program funding.

Project Two

A NSW Core and Cluster Program in conjunction with The Salvation Army Family Violence will produce seven apartments as a family violence refuge - one x 4-bedroom, three x 3-bedroom, and three x 2- bedroom apartments.

  • Outcome: One x 4-bedroom, three x 3-bedroom, and three x2-bedroom apartments 
  • Cost: $5.9 million 
  • Due date of completion: September 2026
  • Government involvement: Department of Communities and Justice under the NSW Core and Cluster Program funding 

Project two current site

Project Three 

A NSW Core and Cluster Program in conjunction with The Salvation Army Family Violence will produce nine x 2-bedroom apartments, purpose built as a family violence refuge, inclusive of a program office for staff. 

  • Outcome: Nine x 2-bedroom apartments  and office building 
  • Cost: $7.4 million 
  • Due date of completion:  August 2026 
  • Government involvement: Department  of  Communities and Justice under the NSW Core and Cluster Program funding
