Project One 

Our development in Tasmania, is a 21-townhouse development (12 x 2-bedroom and 9 x 1-bedroom), for female tenants aged 55 and over from the social register. Identification of this group was conducted with Housing Tasmania staff and agreed in advance, after we promoted the site to prospective tenants through site open days and with other CHP’s in the area. 

• Outcome: 12 x 2-bedroom and 9 x 1-bedroom townhouses 
• Cost: $10.2 million 
• Date of completion: June 2023 
• Government involvement: Housing Tasmania funding
