
Mark is a Chartered Accountant and has been in public practice for 30 years, as well as being director and treasurer of Salvation Army Housing since its inception.
Mark brings substantial experience in business, tax advice, financial planning and business development. He became Board Chair in February 2019.

Roz brings more than 40 years’ experience as an urban and regional planner working in both the public and private sectors in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
In addition to project managing multi-disciplinary teams, Roz has undertaken community engagement and participation in the preparation of municipal, regional and metropolitan strategies. Roz resides in southern New South Wales.

Kim has been an officer in The Salvation Army for 16 years. Her journey began with serving as a corps officer in Bairnsdale, Victoria, for seven years, then three years as corps officer of the Wyndham City Corps in Melbourne. Kim's next appointment extended state-wide as the divisional commander for Tasmania for four years, and subsequently, as the divisional commander of the NSW and ACT Division.
Kim has now transitioned to Melbourne to assume the national position of Assistant Chief Secretary — Mission. Kim also serves as a Trustee for The Salvation Army.

Andrew has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in the development and delivery of major public infrastructure across Australasia, in the healthcare, transport and sports sectors.
Andrew has managed multi-disciplinary design and construction teams in delivery of major hospitals and medical research facilities. He now works as an independent consultant and advisor to the construction industry and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Engineers.

Brad is currently the Head of Social Mission for The Salvation Army Australia.
He’s held various leadership roles as a full time Salvation Army officer over the past 10 years. His previous professional experience includes the leadership of Mission Australia's community service portfolio in the Northern Territory, along with senior leadership roles in the construction, and hospitality industries.

Albert is the Group Executive for Mission Enterprises and brings to the Board significant experience establishing and implementing vision, strategy, quality operational service delivery and values-driven cultures. He has worked at both executive level and as a non-executive director in business, finance, operations, transformation and culture.
Albert’s board experience includes being a non-executive director of a Community Housing Company, Rookwood Cemetery and Managing Director of NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd.

Belinda is an experienced legal and town planning professional, with a career spanning private practice, Government, and roles as a decision-maker on Tribunals and the WA Planning Commission.
In 2003, she became Principal Registrar of the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal and served as a Senior Member. She oversaw the jurisdiction transition of the tribunal to the State Administrative Tribunal.
Belinda has broad experience with legislative reform projects in WA and internationally.
She is also committed to helping individuals with addiction and homelessness.

Claire has been an officer of The Salvation Army since 2006 and has held officer appointments in Tasmania and Victoria, and in senior management of a broad range of social services across Victoria.
Currently the Head of Department for Social and Community Mission, Claire is passionate about creating lasting social change, by facilitating holistic societal and individual responses to social need, including relevant pathways for people to explore Christian spirituality.
Claire holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminal Justice Administration, Social Work and Theology.
