Wills Days are a community service, offered in partnership with generous local solicitors, to help you make or update a simple Will. In exchange for a modest contribution to support the work of the local Salvos, you’ll receive professional guidance to ensure your Will is legally valid, up to date, and reflects your wishes.
Many people also choose to leave a gift in their Will to The Salvation Army, helping to ensure our work continues well into the future.

Your Will Instruction Form
The Will Instruction form is a simple tool to help you prepare for writing your Will. You can fill it out in advance and take it with you to your solicitor or professional Will writer, making the process smoother and more organised.
Please note: this is not a legally binding Will — it’s designed to help you clarify your wishes and plan ahead effectively.
