Case managed housing support

Our case managed housing support program has access to 6 short-term properties in Horsham. You can stay in one of these properties for a period of up to 12-weeks. While you are there a Housing Case Manager will work with you to help you with immediate, personal, or family relates needs you may have, but their main focus is on helping you find suitable longer-term accommodation. Referral to case managed housing support is via the Homelessness Access Point at Uniting Wimmera.
