Safeguarding at The Salvation Army

Raise a concern

We think that it is important to provide different ways for different people to provide feedback and complaints.

Report a safeguarding concern

If you see or experience something that doesn’t feel right - like harm, risk of harm or abuse - please speak up.  At The Salvation Army, we take every concern seriously.

How you can report a concern

You have several options:

If you are a Salvation Army member, paid worker or volunteer and something happened at one of our sites, you may have extra reporting responsibilities. Please act on your concerns.

Government mandatory reporting

By law, adults must report child abuse or neglect to the police or Child Protection.
