Feedback and concerns

Your voice matters

At The Salvation Army, we believe feedback helps us improve and create safer, more welcoming spaces for everyone. We want to hear from you - whether it’s an idea, a concern, or a suggestion.

You can share feedback anonymously, but we encourage respectful and constructive comments so we can make the best improvements.

How you can give feedback

We provide different ways for different people to share their thoughts:

At your local site

  • Talk to a leader
  • Join a feedback session
  • Use an activity briefing or feedback form

Contact your Divisional Headquarters

Raise a safeguarding concern, use our national feedback and complaints form or email irect to safeguarding via safeguarding@salvationarmy.org.au.

Lived experience matters

We value the insights that come from your personal experiences. Each of our sites has a “You can help improve The Salvos” poster with a QR code that links to an online feedback portal.

Youth advisory groups

We want to hear from children and young people. Join a local, state or national youth advisory group (hyperlink) to help shape our programs and services.
