View from the Tom Quinn Cafe out into the beautiful gardens

Nursery and Community garden

Our nursery, tranquil flower and vegetable garden with TQ’s café and our Bush Chapel to enjoy.

Before its establishment in 2002, the Tom Quinn Community Centre area was bushland that was largely inaccessible to the public. Over time, this area has been regenerated with the hard work and support of our volunteers and trainees and has seen the installation of a flower and vegetable garden, Bush Chapel and Harmony Gardens.

Today, it is a place that thousands of people visit and love.

TQ’s Café

TQ’s Café

Come enjoy breakfast, morning tea or lunch, with seasonal produce-driven meals. The café is a training facility so your patronage supports our students and volunteers—and all profits support the Tom Quinn Community Centre’s programs.

8 Killer Street, Bundaberg

Thank you to our volunteers

Thank you to our volunteers

The development of the gardens has mainly been through volunteers, with supervision provided by the Tom Quinn Community Centre staff. Without the support of volunteers, our beautiful gardens would not be possible.
